Pre-inspection consulting

We provide services at the design-build and pre-inspection phases of construction projects for Fire-Stop Systems, Structural Framing, Elevator Commissioning and MEP Commissioning in accordance with the CBSC, ASME, Title 24 and UL requirements.

Safety

QCC is OSHA 30 certified and can provide daily site safety management and education for safe site policy and practice. (OEC-7056027)

Document Control

Document control is just a detrimental to a project as the field work. We provide the services of structuring and organizing all necessary documents required for the closeout of your construction project. Our services can be implemented prior to start, during or at the closing of the project. Though it is always best to be organized from the start of the project, our method of structuring is effective at all phases of your project.
